Michael Annan’s vision for becoming an Estate Agent was to simply change the way that the buying, selling and letting process was handled. Having been in partnership with two different firms, he decided it was necessary to set up his own property firm in order to collectively develop his ideas with chosen, like-minded, experienced property professionals.

Michael had bought, sold and leased property, helped friends and family with property transactions and quickly identified the requirement for a more approachable, straightforward, responsive and informative level of commitment from a property firm. He realised that these attributes, along with the determination to be available to meet his clients needs - potentially 7 days a week - would enable an unprecedented overall level of service in this industry.

Jim Wilburn, Office Manager, has been involved at the highest management levels in the retail sector. His attention to detail, understanding of the clients’ concerns and the need to respond to any requests quickly and to resolve them is paramount.


David Cruikshank, Estate Agent, has a proven track record in property spanning 21 years. David has successfully worked as a Chartered Surveyor & Domestic Energy Assessor and was approached by Michael to join Annan Property in the role of Estate Agent. His in-depth knowledge and ability to value and assess property provides Annan Property with essential expertise and knowledge.
